Terms of Use

Effective 24 October 2026. By creating an account or using Findure you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

Findure is a budgeting app operated by Emam Shararah in Amman, Jordan ("we", "us"). It helps you plan your income from one payday to the next: it takes your bills off the top, splits what is left into weekly amounts, and records your purchases. It is a web app at app.findure.app.

What Findure is not

  • Findure is not a bank, does not hold or move money, and never connects to your accounts.
  • Findure is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Its figures are calculations from what you enter.
  • Predicted paydays, weekly amounts and savings are estimates. Check anything important against your bank.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. Findure is currently invite only, and we may approve or decline requests to join at our discretion. One person per account.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us.

Your data

What you enter is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Findure to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

Using it fairly

Do not try to access other people’s data, break or overload the service, get around its security or limits, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Our software

Findure, its code, design, name and logo belong to us. These terms let you use the app; they do not give you any other rights in it.

Availability and changes

Findure is in early access. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but it is provided as it is and as available, and features may change or be removed. We will give reasonable notice before closing the service, so you can export your data.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on Findure’s figures, and our total liability to you for anything relating to Findure is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and 50 Jordanian dinars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Ending

You can stop using Findure and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will show the new version in the app and ask you to accept it before you continue. If you do not accept, you can export your data and delete your account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction, except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
